Mud Hole Advantage customers benefit from the same shipping policy as our retail customers, with a few notable exceptions:

• Bronze orders require a minimum order of $250 to qualify for free shipping*
• Silver & Gold orders require a minimum order of $500 to qualify for free shipping*

With Florida passing tax nexus legislation in 2021, all companies participating in out-of-state commerce must support the taxation of sales per the tax regulations of the purchaser's municipality (i.e. state, county, province, parish, etc.).

By the nature of your business as a Mud Hole Advantage customer, you are exempt from this tax. However, Mud Hole is required to have documentation on file of your tax exempt status from your purchasing location.

At your earliest convenience, please forward documentation of your local (state, county, province, parish, etc.) tax exempt status for our records. We must receive your documentation in order to avoid taxation of your Mud Hole Advantage purchases.

Mud Hole Advantage pricing is only available to legitimate professional dealers, rod builders, and tackle stores engaged in the resale of fishing tackle, the business of custom rod building, fly tying, and lure building.

Initially, there is a $500 USD buy-in on first purchases to be made within 30 days of account activation for Bronze level members. Although there is no subsequent minimum amount per order, there is an annual minimum requirement that must be met to retain your Bronze account status. Currently, the Bronze level annual minimum purchase requirement is $1,000 USD. (For Silver and Gold level members, the buy-in and annual minimum amounts are: $5,500/$10,000 and $10,000/$20,000, respectively.

You will receive an email notification in the event that your Mud Hole Advantage application has been approved. This email will provide the next steps to getting started as a Mud Hole Advantage member.

The Mud Hole Advantage program is intended for the sole use of licensed, insured business professionals engaged in for-profit construction or resale of custom rods or custom rod building and/or tackle crafting supplies.

All prospective applicants are required to provide proper business credentials and documentation as required by their state. Examples include state resale certificates, business licenses, EIN, seller's permit, Certificate of Authority, etc. Additional details or information may be requested at the discretion of Mud Hole Custom Tackle, Inc.

Acceptance and enrollment into the Mud Hole Advantage program is contingent on certification that the prospective applicant is a professional business with the experience, knowledge and skill set needed to assemble fishing rods and select individual components at their discretion.

This pricing and details provided with membership into this program are confidential. Account logins are for the sole use of the registered business and its agents or approved buyers listed on the account.

If placing phone orders, Mud Hole Advantage members are asked to be ready with their account number, part numbers, and quantities. We are always happy to be available for product and order questions when needed.

Mud Hole Custom Tackle, Inc. reserves the right to revoke Mud Hole Advantage status at any time should customers repeatedly fail to meet the expectations set forth in the program details provided.
