Great beginner kit, all the tools needed to get started
Got this kit because I wanted to see if making your own rod versus a store bought would make a difference and if the quality would be different, and whether this would be something I’d like to turn into a business, and I’m very happy with the results. It was a lot of fun and wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be, a lot of focus and precision into it, but the kit has all the supplies you need to start up and has worked great so far.
I got this kit to repair some rods with broken line guides. Might try to build one, after I practice a little more. Great kit, easy to put together and use.
