Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping* for orders $99† and above, shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48).

Shipping Options & Costs:
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and rounded to the nearest 99¢ at checkout based on your chosen service option. Your order may ship using a combination of USPS and FedEx services. For orders qualifying for free shipping, we select the most economical method. Expedited shipping for the USA & Canada is available; orders must be placed before 12pm EST (Mon-Fri) for same-day dispatch.
Backorders:
No extra cost for shipping backordered items; we use the most economical method.
Delivery Times:
Estimates provided by our shipping partners are visible in your cart and at checkout. These estimates are based on standard business days (Mon-Fri), and actual delivery may take longer due to carrier and/or processing delays. For guaranteed delivery, consider upgrading to 2-Day or Overnight service.
Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Processing during holidays and high-volume periods may take up to 72 hours. Add Rush Processing to your order for $4.99 to skip the queue and guarantee same-day processing or your money back.
Oversized Packages:
Oversized items may incur additional handling charges, which will be calculated and displayed automatically at checkout.
Rod Blanks:
Rod blanks 60 inches or longer are shipped with special protection for a $14.99 fee, which is included in your rate at checkout. Rod blanks 8 feet and up are shipped at the rated cost displayed at checkout.
Restricted & Hazmat Items:
Due to regulatory requirements, certain items can only be shipped via FedEx Ground to the contiguous 48 states and Canada, and are not eligible for expedited shipping. A physical address is needed for delivery.
Track Your Order:
All orders ship with a tracking number. If you believe your package is lost, please call us toll-free at (866)-790-7637.
Signature Upon Delivery:
Some orders require a signature upon delivery, particularly those over $500. If unable to sign, please notify us when placing your order.
Promotional Offers:
We occasionally have special offers. Unless otherwise stated, these apply only to retail sales and may require a minimum order. Oversized items may still incur additional handling fees.
International Shipments:
Duties & Taxes:
Duties and taxes are not included in the total and will be due upon receipt. Your order may need custom clearance for delivery.
Out-Of-Area Delivery Charges:
Deliveries to remote locations may be subject to additional charges. A list of these locations can be provided upon request.
